  • Long distance calls should have prior approval of appropriate management and should be identified by department.
  • For departmentalization purposes, telephone expense, including long distance charges, applicable to specific operating departmentalized should be charged to those departments. Telephone expense applicable jointly to all departments should be distributed as provided in Departmentalization.
